How will my order be delivered?

Once we process your payment, we will, where possible, dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. However, for certain items (including large bulky items) it may take 10 to 14 days to have your order delivered. Then, we send you a despatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. In all cases the courier will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.
